Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and weather.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email casey@valorcommercialessentials.net with your order number and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
