These Terms of Service govern your use of shop.valorcommercialessentials.net and purchases from Valor Commercial Essentials LLC. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Online store use

Orders and pricing
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been processed for fulfillment. We may reject or cancel orders involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, export restrictions, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery
